Things to Know About Ordering Sod

  • Sod is measured in square footage.
  • When determining your order, it is crucial to measure the area you are covering by length and width. (Even if the area to be covered is not a perfect square, it should still be measured length by width.)
  • Prompt installation on the day of delivery is imperative.
  • Schedule after all preparatory work is completed.
  • Contracting prices for landscapers are available upon request.
  • 24-hour advanced notice should be sufficient time needed for delivery.
  • Orders can be shipped on the same day if possible. Sod-X will do its very best to accommodate your needs.
  • If prepaid, you do not have to be home when the delivery arrives. Just give us a detailed description of where you want the sod pieces or pallets to be placed and our driver will follow through.
