First, we remove the top 2 inches of your old lawn; this removes the old grass and weeds and prepares your dirt for a new experience. Then, before we lay your new lawn, we fertilize and pre-treat the soil. This is to aid in the riddance of any possible insect infestation. Then we roll the grass, pressing it into the soil and fertilizer – this is an important process left out by most other sod companies. Not only does this aid in its growth, but it makes it look like an established lawn much quicker. Once the lawn has been installed to your satisfaction, we’ll thoroughly clean up the area and do one last walk-though.
